The 94th MPEG and 53rd JPEG Meeting will be held at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center-Oriental International Convention Hotelon 11th-15th October, and the 3rd JCT-VC meeting will be from Oct. 7 to 15, 2010, in Guangzhou, China.
