VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR APPLYING CHINESE VISA:

For the participant who needs an invitation letter to apply for Chinese visa, there are two kinds of invitation letters for option:

1.Ordinary invitation letter

It is authorized by Sun Yat-sen University and can be available within approximately two workdays since your formal application. Please pay special attention to the fact that the ordinary letters are recognized by limited number of Chinese embassies. If applying, please get filled out the information form for visa and send to gz.mpeg@gmail.com along with a scanned copy of your passport.

2.Official invitation letter

It is authorized by the Chinese State Department of Foreign Affairs and expected to take one to two weeks to complete all the procedures. The documents listed below are needed to apply for the official invitation letter.
1). information form for visa form
2). Scanned copy of Passport
3). Resume/CV
4). Certificate of working position
5). Agenda of your visit to China

In addition, if you are accompanied by any relatives, the scanned copy of their Passports and the Certificates of your relationship will be needed. If you have any questions, please contact with Ms. Zirui YAN.
Note: your registration has to be made before requesting an invitation letter, and please submit the information as early as possible, in order to leave plenty of time to process the application.
